Manager always readily available. — Me and my family were in a real bind as we recently moved and the place we had been staying was awful, so we needed something quick. I called Lost Tree and Emily was able to get me in to check out the place and approved the next day. The apartments are clean, and the maintenance is friendly. There are lots of trees around the area, and is very dark and quiet at night.
Not understanding the previous reviews for this place. They may have been from previous management. Roaches is something I cannot tolerate and there is none of that here and the place is very clean. I haven't lived in an apartment for years as I am a homeowner, but I feel very at home here. As far as the manager, Emily is great and answers the phone or returns messages quickly.

|Recommended: YesPerfect location to work and school — I would recommend them living here, it's a perfect location to commute to work, school, and other activities in town. Pricing is perfect for what I'm renting, a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.
